A security deposit is required at the time of reservation to cover potential damages, refunded if the vehicle is returned in the same condition.
The renter must be at least 25 years old.
The rental period starts and ends as specified in the reservation, and a valid driver’s license and credit card are required at pick-up.
Payment is charged at the time of booking, with a security deposit potentially required.
Cancellations made more than 30 days before the pick-up date are eligible for a full refund; cancellations between 15 and 30 days will receive 50%.
Modifications are free up to 30 days before pick-up; a fee applies for changes made closer to pick-up.
The renter is responsible for the safe operation of the vehicle and must not allow smoking or pets inside.
The renter must maintain liability insurance; optional coverage is available.
Disputes related to the rental will be resolved in the jurisdiction where the rental takes place.
